TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Suds Your Duds Laundromat. We are pleased to offer you, the students of Western Carolina University and Southwestern Community College, a subscription wash-dry-fold laundry service. Please read the following agreement carefully.

WASH-DRY-FOLD LAUNDRY SERVICES AGREEMENT
Suds Your Duds (hereinafter "Company") services are provided subject to your (hereinafter "Customer") compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement is strictly between Suds Your Duds and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Suds Your Duds’ services, and for the mutual benefit of both Suds Your Duds and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

SERVICES
Suds Your Duds will provide wash-dry-fold laundry services during the Term of this Agreement depending on the plan selected: 15 weeks for semester plan, 30 weeks for year plan, and 9 weeks for summer plan. Services are not included during breaks, such as Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring and Easter. Customer may use regular drop-off services at these times and will receive the same discount. To receive discount during breaks between sessions, Customer must be enrolled for the following session. Customer and Company will agree on a specific day of the week for laundry to be dropped off at Suds Your Duds. Customer will receive a free Suds Your Duds laundry bag at the time of registration for these services. Each Student Plan is limited to one Customer and cannot be shared. Customer must place all garments in the laundry bag, and garments must not exceed the weight limit of the selected Student Plan bag. Weight limits are 15 lbs. for the medium bag and 25 lbs. for the large bag. Any overages will be charged at the current per pound rate plus tax. Customer agrees to include only washable items in the laundry bag--no dry cleaning items. Mattress pads, comforters, quilts and blankets are excluded from the Student Plan but may be laundered separately at regular prices. It is the Customer's responsibility to deliver the filled laundry bag to an attendant at Suds Your Duds on agreed upon day and time. Suds Your Duds reserves the right to reschedule such times upon discussion with Customer. Laundry will be ready for pick-up by the Customer at Suds Your Duds within 24 hours of drop-off.

NOTICE OF RESTRICTIONS
Suds Your Duds will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its laundry service maintains high quality service. However,

• Company is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
• Company is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Customer's garments. Please check garments before delivering them to Suds Your Duds.
• Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or other items. Customer agrees not to leave such items in clothing or in laundry bag.
• Customer is responsible for all damage to clothing when caused by any non-clothing items and or foreign items such as crayons, lip sticks, ink pens, nails, screws, etc. which may be present in the laundry items that Customer submits to Suds Your Duds.
• Company reserves the right to refuse to launder any garment.
• Stains brought to the attention of attendant will be treated; however, Company does not guarantee removal of stains.
• Although Company is not liable for damage to or loss of clothing, if Company at its sole discretion desires to, Company will reimburse Customer for damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by Company. Customer must notify Company within 3 business days of receipt of laundry pick-up of any damaged items from that particular pick-up. Failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any damaged items from that pick-up.

REFUND POLICY
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied you may cancel during the first two weeks (Trial Period) for a prorated credit or refund, less a $20 cancellation fee. Prorating begins the date a written request for a refund is received by Company. The Trial Period begins the day of the first drop-off of laundry. Customers are not refunded for under-usage of services from prior weeks. No refunds are issued after the Trial Period. If a customer cancels service on or before the start date and has not received a bag, a full credit or refund is issued, less a $20 cancellation fee.

DISCLAIMER
Suds Your Duds’ liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. The preceding statement of liability shall be the extent of Suds Your Duds’ liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customer's exclusive remedy. Under no circumstances will Suds Your Duds be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Suds Your Duds knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Suds Your Duds disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.

This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may be modified by Suds Your Duds with notification to the Customer; and shall be governed by North Carolina law, with venue and jurisdiction proper in the place where services were provided.
